Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase! We encourage you to carefully review the sizing charts for each item before making your purchase to ensure your items fit your expectations, as we do not offer exchanges on undamaged goods.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you are eligible for an exchange.
Eligibility for exchange of incorrect, damaged, or defective items:
Exchange Window: You can exchange eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear, or alterations, are not eligible for exchange.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If your order is returned to us due to issues with customs or border crossing, we are happy to refund your item(s) value, but are unable to refund your shipping cost, as we do not get a refund on the shipping cost incurred for the unsuccessful delivery.
How to Return
To start a return, you can contact us at merch@riffwood.com. Feel free to provide picture(s) of the item to speed up the exchange process.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request and let you know if your exchange was approved or not. If approved, your replacement item will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
